Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve
GoTo Resolve is used for remote access to individual workstations and laptops for IT help desk support. It allows the IT department to support users remotely when IT cannot physically access the equipment, allowing IT to fulfill its mission of providing excellent support for end users.

- Usable technology.
Cons
- Ticketing system.
- App frequently doesn't function and need to be restarted by users.
- Better endpoint/user insight.
- Improve time to resolution.
- Reduce usage of third party IT vendors.
We only use GoTo Resolve for remote access and have not found many uses beyond this purpose. GoTo Resolve does perform its primary function as a remote assistance program acceptably. However, it frequently does not function and would require either user intervention or support from our third-party IT help desk vendor to restart the program remotely, meaning that it sometimes fails at its primary task.
