Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting

I use GoToMeeting across the whole organization for weekly catch-up meetings with the team.
  • Not able to use it or make any changes, so I can't comment
I needed lots of support when I was setting up our GoToMeeting account. When you try to make some changes you are faced with recorded messages--impossible to speak with their customer team. I waited for more than 40 minutes on two different occasions. Very frustrating. I am paying for a service that Zoom provides for free.
