Usability

It's been an excellent piece of technology for me to use. It's simple and it's not buggy or clunky. It's not perfect but it's close to. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know how to use it and it's helped me tremendously in expanding my business to reach a global audience. It's an excellent platform for coaching and leadership development businesses.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have been using GoToWebinar for about a year. I teach clients using this online webinar format. I teach clients 1:1 or 1:many with this technology. I love how simply it operates, the sound quality is excellent and it does everything that I need. It integrates with all the other technology that I utilize for my EQ coaching business. I have never had any tech issues or failures whilst using this platform. It has enabled my business to have a global reach and impact and I have met with clients all over the world. I have not found a better platform to use than this one.

Integrates with most popular marketing softwares
Easy to go from live video to PowerPoint
Excellent sound quality

Control panel is sometimes complicated
Not simple to switch from me speaking to client asking a question

Likelihood to Recommend

Office meetings would be a good use for this technology, coaching is an excellent use, interviewing people would be a good use for this technology. It has user limitations so if you need more than a few thousand seats, this would not be good.
