Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar
I've used gotowebinar as a participant and it's always easy to log in and use. Other services get really complicated. But gotowebinar has like 3 clicks and then you are in.
- Easy to access.
- Easy to use.
- No issues in connections.
- Not as easy as the web-based products. But more reliable.
- If you have restrictions set by an administrator sometimes launch is delayed.
- No mobile option.
