Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Webinar

Our organization uses GoTo Webinar to collaborate with some of our third-party vendors. It allows us to communicate with support in real-time so they can help address the concern(s) we may be having at the time. It allows for a quicker resolution to the problem so we can take care of other issues.

Pros

  • Provides quality voice calls.
  • Provides quality video calls.
  • The tools allow for quick resolution of problems.

Cons

  • Some of the meeting controls could be done differently.
  • Cuts down on fees paid for vendor help.
GoTo Webinar's usability is next to none. It's easy to manage multiple users at once while collaborating.
