Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse

We just started using Greenhouse to help manage our exponential employee growth. The software was easy to implement and the support we received from our account manager Robby was outstanding. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and helped us customize the software to a point where it makes it so much easier to schedule interviews, review candidates/get feedback, and send automated messages when we receive resumes or choose not to move forward with a candidate. We're quite pleased at this point and are excited to continue integrating the software into our recruiting efforts.

  • There are a couple of functionality pieces we'd like to see including auto time-out and seeing resumes without having to click into candidate details, but those are minor.
