Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
I didn't believe it when I heard another company talk about how Greenhouse changed their lives. How could something "literally" make your process a million times easier? Well, they weren't wrong. I got our entire startup's portal up in two weeks through fantastic customer support, and the interface has tremendous depth to it, yet is intuitive to use. Couldn't be happier with our selection and we now have the infrastructure in place to double our headcount annually for the next 36 months and beyond.
- Integrations with existing infrastructure.
- Clean and easy to modify scorecards.
- Data tracking and reporting is seamless.
- Third party agency integrations is not as tightly woven in terms of feedback as I would like to see.
- Enormous. This infrastructure gives us a path to move away from third party recruiters and more towards organic, and inbound candidates through less expensive channels.
