Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse

Both the recruiting and onboarding platforms by Greenhouse are totally intuitive and are way ahead of other ATSs. Customer Service has been great with them. I would recommend it to anyone looking for this solution.

  • Most process is automated
  • Simple user experience - very little training needed.

  • More user customization abilities
  • More integrations
  • Improve SparkHire integration
  • Increased efficiency of applicant tracking
  • Empowered hiring managers during recruitment process
  • Faster churn rate for unqualified candidates
I've used iCims and Salesforce Job Science and Greenhouse is better. Lowest barrier to entry. Better pricing.
Greenhouse is great for a small to large business.
