We use Greenhouse for our ATS system and many other HR needs!
  • Easy to find applicants.
  • Easy to create templates for emails.
  • Very user friendly, easy to find candidates for first time users!
  • Hard to find cons, no photos?
  • No app?
  • Easy to move candidates through the process!
  • Easy for keeping up to date with pipeline reports.
Greenhouse is by far the best, hands down. I have tried 4 other ATSs and Greenhouse just outweighs them all!
Greenhouse does EVERYTHING you could want an ATS to do. It is also extremely user friendly! The user experience is second to none. Plus! You get your very own account manager to answer any questions you may have. They even come do demos for your hiring managers or HR team! Judge the systems based on initial ease of use. If you can work basic applications Greenhouse will come very naturally to you!
