Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Used across 60 locations nationwide for hiring decisions. All hiring managers companywide are supposed to use it. It centralizes all candidates and their interview documentation and application paperwork.

Pros and Cons

Recognizing duplicate candidates.

Searching our candidates by location functionality is majorly lacking.
Prospects disappear if you do not dig through the system.

Support Rating

100% of my product suggestions have been ignored. They respond promptly, but they do not implement the much-needed changes I've requested. I get a constant "We'll talk to our dev team about this!" and nothing changes - ever.

It's better than Lanteria as an ATS, but it significantly lacks compared to other systems. Our users are somewhat computer savvy and almost all of them have trouble navigating the multiple menus and sub-menus. There are so many exceptions that our staff finds it extremely frustrating and confusing to use, even with regular training.

Okay for multi-site recruiting, but not ideal
