Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse

At Datto we used the Onboarding, ATS, CRM and Inclusion products from Greenhouse and yes they were used across the whole organization globally. They helped us hire the right people in a timely manner and provide them with an awesome onboarding experience.

Pros

  • The system allows you to automate the entire recruitment process
  • Mobile friendly

Cons

  • The customized reporting could be more user friendly
  • The D&I system should be more agile so that one can customized by requisition
  • It has clearly lowered our cost to hire
  • It has provided consistency to the recruitment process
Provides the best candidate experience, is mobile friendly, scheduling is integrated with google calendar, great scorecard/feedback system that provides transparency and integrates with many vendors. Additionally it allows you to capture all communication on the candidate.
They have 24 x 7 support on line. They are highly responsive and appreciate all inquiries.

Greenhouse has excellent customer service and support. They provide best practices to all areas in the recruitment process. The system's strongest feature is the scorecard system. It allows you to capture feedback in a quick and easy manner. Additionally the system integrates with many vendors which is a benefit to the user as all information is captured in one system.

    Greenhouse is an easy ATS to use. It is very straight forward and intuitive to use. It's easy to create job requisitions, job posts, and you can customize your evaluation form/scorecard.
