Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
We use Greenhouse for many parts of our recruiting process. We use it to post jobs internally and externally, recruit candidates through job boards, our website, and referrals, track candidates throughout the interview process, manage interviews internally, collaborate on candidate decisions, and ultimately communicate decisions with candidates. I specifically am not a recruiter, but I use Greenhouse frequently for interviewing candidates for various roles in our technology organization. I use it to access candidate's resumes and cover letters, to view internal interview guides for the interviews I am conducting, to fill out and submit score cards for candidates who I interview, and to review my coworkers' score cards and collaborate with them to determine whether or not we will extend an offer to a particular candidate. I have also used Greenhouse multiple times to share job postings with my network and to submit referrals for specific roles.
- Integrating interview guides with candidate scorecards and ample notes sections
- Reminding me to fill out score cards within a designated time period after an interview
- Embedding candidate's resume and cover letter into the scorecard for easy access
- Quick copy for referral links to send to candidates
- The ability to make rubric rating type questions with section headers required in score cards.
- An easier way to track referrals and get better updates about where they are in the interview process.

- Scorecards always auto save and are easy to submit.
- Seeing a candidates resume and/or application information is always attached to the interview scorecard and easy to preview.
- Shareable referral links make it easy to give candidates in my network links to apply through.
- Single sign on with google makes it easy to login and access my account.
- The referral process could be made a little bit clearer for the person submitting the referral and it would be great if it were easier to see the stages that the candidate has moved through in the process.
Yes - Greenhouse has a responsive mobile web interface. I don't believe all of the full web functionality is available in the web interface, but everything that I have used in the web interface has fit on the screen and worked well when it is a quick change or something that I want to review on the go.
