Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
Well I have used this product in our hiring process in collaboration with hiring team. Tool actually does great job in terms of sending out mailers to candidates and provides 360 degrees view of whole ecosystem in each candidate interview. Actually collates feedback from various sources and provides overall health of profile. Also has ability to send reminders to users to ensure no one miss out timelines.
- Providing 360 degree view of hiring stages
- Gathering feedback from various sources to get a clean understanding about applicant
- Integration with tools like Outlook, Social media tools
- Sending alerts to users when there’s new updated posted by administrators
- Past history visibility
- It has ability to connect social network tools but would love to see same over emails to send customised job notification to seekers
- Provided healthy environment to get desired candidate
- Ofcourse providing hiring managers more ways to analyse results
- Referral systems doing great to directly push applicants to screening level
Well workday has its advantages but Greenhouse solves hiring team challenges.
