Overall Satisfaction with GRIN
We use GRIN to manage our influencer relationships. We use it to keep track of contact information, details, and our relationship status with creators. We also use it to process product exchange. It allows us to clearly communicate expectations and run different campaigns.

Unfortunately, GRIN has not helped us achieve our goals thus far. On the platforms, we were on previously, we would run campaigns and have hundreds of applicants to choose from. While the campaigns are limitless with GRIN, we're having to do a tremendous amount more legwork than we did before. This has really slowed us down with our influencer marketing. We hope to make up for the lost time and money in the coming months.

Any company or marketing manager that is working with influencers can benefit from GRIN. I would recommend it more to established brands with dedicated team members that can devote most of their time to influencer relationships. For just starting out, GRIN may not be the best option because so much time goes into recruiting the right influencers.
