Groove is currently being used in our sales department to help manage the flow of leads, and for email scripts.
  • Customer support is always so spot on.
  • Easy user management.
  • Easy to use.
  • Quicker actionable emails once we've seen a prospect open it.
They are always so quick to answer and to provide help.

Groove has been a nice addition to our software repertoire. It is important to note that it's good to have a clean Salesforce environment if you are using Salesforce. Helps ensure that you aren't emailing and calling duplicate contacts.
