Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Our sales team is using Groove for email integration and flows. With Groove it is very intuitive to plan the email communication side of things and it also help stay organized. Activity tracking has also improved since we started using it. We are looking at rolling out Groove for our customer success team as well.
