Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Our sales team is using Groove for email integration and flows. With Groove it is very intuitive to plan the email communication side of things and it also help stay organized. Activity tracking has also improved since we started using it. We are looking at rolling out Groove for our customer success team as well.

Groove is inexpensive and is a greater fit for early-stage startups. Outreach is a more sophisticated tool and a better fit for mid-large size firms. Groove is a perfect fit for our business and our pockets as well.
Customer Success Rep from Groove side has been proactive in following up for any training or features-related requirements. Also, Groove has done pretty good documentation for different features and functionalities.

Groove is perfect if you use email for your sales pursuits heavily and want to automate the messaging. It also helps with email sync with Salesforce and that enables tracking. Groove also has dialer functionality built in which provides a unified communication experience.
