Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used across our Sales and Client Success teams to manage the pre and post-sales outreach and communication. The main business problem it addresses is managing communication between potential clients/clients and the salespeople & CS Teams.
  • Managing email campaigns.
  • Email templates.
  • Meeting scheduling.
  • Formatting of email templates.
  • Growth in sales pipeline.
  • Increase in client retention.
Groove is a better sales management tool. Mixmax is a good client success management tool.
I haven't used Groove's support.
