Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is available to use throughout our organization. Specifically it is used within our sales organization in order to organize and track outreach and communications with prospects.

The integration between Groove and Salesforce is robust and allows our team members to log their activity in Salesforce. Additionally it is incredibly helpful to track prospect interaction with our emails.
  • Email tracking.
  • Task logging.
  • Integration with Salesforce.
  • Integration with Gmail and Chrome.
  • Aggregation on contact details and interaction history.
  • Inundation of notifications on Chrome extension.
  • Overlay of contact information that blocks some of the Gmail UI.
  • Increase in email open rate.
  • Reduction in time spent training up on handoffs.
  • Automate seller activity tracking.
It is very easy to get support from the Groove team, however I have rarely needed to reach out to the team directly. There are a number of online resources, both internally as well as support from forums. The application runs fairly smoothly and more often than not, and it does not encumber on any of my time.
