Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We utilize Groove within the Sales department as a tool to both prospect and gather analytics. With Groove, our sales team has been able to substantially increase its reach and # of prospects reached. In addition, it has given us the ability to actually measure the effectiveness of the outreach and adjust accordingly.
Pros
- Gives you the ability to create "flows," which allow you to reach out to multiple prospects in an organized and efficient manner.
- Gives you the ability to track your usage of flows and their effectiveness using data.
- Syncs perfectly with Salesforce, which allows us to track engagement with our clients.
Cons
- It would be great if Groove had more integration options with other tools.
- Made our Sales team much more efficient in outbound prospecting.
- Given our Account Management team the ability to quickly and efficiently reach their large client base.
- Has allowed us to track KPIs and email analytics.
