Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is being heavily used by our Sales department. It helps maintain reliable follow up, drive pipeline, and keeps Sales outreach organized. It also helps to automate a lot of manual actions around keeping track of who is being contacted. It also gives great analytics into what outreach messaging frequency is most effective.
Pros
- Analytics around open rate, subject line, response rate, and exit rate.
- Automated actions in place and the ability to personalize each step.
- Extremely user-friendly, clean and neat.
Cons
- Troubleshooting around contacts being kicked out of Groove when they have auto-reply set up.
- Being able to skip a step all together for all contacts in that step without having to click individually.
- It saved me time crafting general outreach each time I wanted to email prospects.
- Automated actions with Salesforce automates good Salesforce hygiene.
- It helped me organize my outreach in efficient ways.
