Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove throughout the organization to connect emails with our CRM system, send template emails easily and track when and if they have been opened. This allows teams to use approved emails and easily disperse new ones. It allows us to schedule sending emails out and keep the activity log up to date for each entry without having to do it manually.
  • Template emails are easy to create, edit and use.
  • You can easily see when emails have been opened up.
  • Automatically links to the proper page linked through email.
  • Sometimes you can't see all of the emails that have been opened if there are a lot.
  • It would be nice to potentially get a note when scheduled emails go out.
  • No complaints, very easy to use and functional.
  • Improved efficiency.
  • Increased outreach.
  • Saves a lot of time from entering things manually.
Groove was selected by my organization due to its functionality and efficiency that works well with our business model. It is cost effective, very functional, fills areas where there are gaps with other software types. They are easy to train new people on, get help if needed they have a lot of great resources.
This software seems to have a lot of resources for training, getting people up to speed, they get back to you quickly. They have good customer service.

Groove works really well with high volume of emails, allows you to easily start with a template email and adjust it appropriately. It is also very helpful to schedule an email to ensure you won't forget anything. It allows you to easily track your actions in the CRM and saves a lot of time.
