Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I currently use Groove to sync email communication to Salesforce from various clients and absolutely love the scheduling feature. Not having to sync emails and communication manually is such a great way to save time for the important tasks. Allowing clients to book their own times to my calendar has been an amazing time-saver and my team loves being able to have various types of appointments based on meeting type and length of the meeting. I can't imagine going back to emailing back and forth with clients just to find a good time to meet. Tracking email open rates and activities is also a great feature though we use that feature less on my team.
