Groove is being used across the whole sales force. It helps with both prospecting and account management. You can send targeted emails to a specific audience and from there you receive analytics to see who is actually interested. On the account management side of things, it allows you to send out one message to all of your customers with the click of a button. For example, if there's a webinar coming up or a new update coming. You can send it once vs. one by one.
