Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Our entire sales team uses Groove (SDR's, AE's, AM's to CSM, Sales Leadership) to increase sales productivity (mainly outreach to prospects/clients), help us maintain accurate records in our CRM and for reporting of sales engagement. Groove has helped us increase our productivity by over 4X and rapidly go-to-market with new products/services at scale.
Pros
- Straightforward and insightful reporting of team activity for individual contributors and leadership.
- Omni-channel and customized outreach at scale.
- Help create consistency with our go-to-market and messaging.
Cons
- There isn't currently an app which would be helpful for phone outreach.
- The sales activity (calls/emails/inmails) increased by over 4X once Groove was in place (note: The analysis excluded sales people who were not manually tracking activity).
- Groove automatically tracks activity, so our data capture is now significantly better and gives us much better insight into our business.
- We are able to beta-test new products and reach high volumes of clients without having to use marketing resource. Once we have insight into what does/doesn't work, we can then give better direction to marketing for how a full go-to-market should be positioned for new products.
- Outreach and SalesLoft
I evaluated these other products but have not used them extensively. Groove's pricing was much lower but I think this is because they were just starting out when I signed up for the first term.
