Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove to track email engagement and create templates for customer outreach. It also allows clients to set appointments with me and it syncs seamlessly to my calendar. Groove's interface is simple but its capabilities are robust and can be as complex as needed. Groove has increased my productivity and maximized my time efficiency by leaps and bounds.
Pros
- Email templates - saves time and maximizes efficiency.
- Tracks emails - lets me know when emails have been opened.
- Schedules meetings - helps me get in touch with busy clients.
Cons
- Leaves nothing to be desired for me.
- Maximizes efficiency, which improves bottom line.
- I do not know the cost my company paid for Groove.
