We are currently using it to help us automate our Business Development campaigns, increase productivity by syncing our Salesforce and Gmail activity and generally helping us keep everything up to date, running smoothly and automated. Our entire New Business sales team uses this in particular because of how effective it makes us as a unit when it comes to business development. It has reduced wastage, inefficiencies, non-targeted email, and lack of alignment between what we are doing with our customers and what we are uploading to Salesforce. Also, it allows you to set tasks and reminders on every email which means nothing slips through the cracks! It's incredibly easy to use, the Customer Support team are super responsive and we are pretty lucky to have software like Groove within our company.
