Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used by various departments (Sales, Customer Success, Delivery). This helps with email tracking and determining which customers we need to reach out to. This software integrates well with Salesforce and keeps track of engagement for each account. This tool is a great way to collaborate with co-workers and find ways to engage our customers.

Pros

Cons

  • Gmail integration took awhile
  • Groove plug-in on Chrome has a hard time updating/tracking from time to time
  • Can't think of any other dislikes but know I'm not using Groove to it's full potential
  • I don't have any numbers but we have been using Groove for multiples years. If it wasn't helpful for our company, we wouldn't be using it.
I am a user of Groove so I am not sure if we used any other platform similar to this one.

I mainly use Groove for email tracking so it's great in that component. I can see when a customer opens an email and which templates are attracting more customer responses.
