Groove is a great program to use for tracking metrics and making your day all-around easier. It really helped me improve my productivity and I really like how it integrates with Salesforce.

Scheduling has been a breeze.

Fuze was clunky but it did offer a voicemail feature. Groove is all-around better and can do more. I just wish we could have a voicemail. I have also used the standard dialer in Salesforce which would always have problems. Groove rarely breaks.

Groove is great for Sales teams who have a bunch of dials to be made and emails to be sent. It can also be utilized by other teams for tracking and organizational purposes. It is very helpful to see how you are doing throughout the day and who you have and have not been in contact with.
