Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove in order to contact all the accounts I manage within my company. Internally in the company, we share Groove templates with each other to send out to merchants. It is being used across the whole organization and I find it to be very helpful. It is just to contact merchants that are a part of our business for outreach.

I didn't really have a choice other than to use Groove. Groove is the main medium our entire company uses. Therefore, I learned how to use it and how to be more efficient in my role by using the service. Even if I had a choice now I would not use a different service.

Groove is especially well suited when I am tracking when a specific merchant has opened my emails. Especially in the cases where they are not responding to me in the time of need, I can track when they opened my email through Groove and it gives me a purpose to contact them. Of course, I do not mention that I saw them open my email.
