Overall Satisfaction with Groove
[Groove is] used across the sales org. Massive prospecting tool and sales productivity enhancement. It help my team and I stay on track and keep the top of the funnel full. For my team, it is an essential tool that we use on a daily basis.

- Hard to add prospects not already in SFDC
- Some limitations when compared to Outreach
Pros and cons like and saas application. Pros are it leverages existing SFDC data. I have noticed a little more bugs and the need for a refresh is definitely more common.
