Overall Satisfaction with Groove

It is used by specific departments in sales mainly. Personally, I use it to track open emails and to schedule easily calls with customers. Love the Salesforce integration also.

  • Easy way to share links of availability.
  • Sometimes the add-on on Gmail fails to load.
  • Saves a lot of time looking for available slots on my calendar, no more back and forth with the customer.
  • Tracks emails fast and easy so I know if my emails are read.
The UI is cleaner, it seems to not put too much strain on Gmail as an addon.
