Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used by our Sales department and it's a great way to connect with our customers. We all use it for communicating with our customers via email campaigns.

Pros

  • Setting up email campaigns.
  • Tracking email opens versus link opens.
  • Love the "Book a meeting" feature and how easily it syncs with my Gmail calendar.

Cons

  • Adding "bcc" to email campaigns.
  • Keeping customers updates is the best ROI.
  • Love all the new features and training provided by Groove.
