Groove is used by our Sales department and it's a great way to connect with our customers. We all use it for communicating with our customers via email campaigns.
- Setting up email campaigns.
- Tracking email opens versus link opens.
- Love the "Book a meeting" feature and how easily it syncs with my Gmail calendar.
- Adding "bcc" to email campaigns.
- Keeping customers updates is the best ROI.
- Love all the new features and training provided by Groove.
