Overall Satisfaction with Groove
[Groove is] used for outreach cadences, tracking open rates, and recording outreach (calls/emails/Linkedin touchpoints) in the CRM. I personally used it to set reminders for follow-ups.

- More intuitive interface
- Not track 'internal' opens (from within the org)
- Enable sharing large files
- Cut the outreach time in half, with better results
- Provides visibility of activities and open rates in the CRM
- Keeps the team organized and able to never miss a follow-up
We like Groove better due to the more intuitive interface and better scheduling tools.
