Overall Satisfaction with Groove

[Groove is] used for outreach cadences, tracking open rates, and recording outreach (calls/emails/Linkedin touchpoints) in the CRM. I personally used it to set reminders for follow-ups.

  • Setting up outreach cadences
  • Recording touch points in the CRM

Cons

  • More intuitive interface
  • Not track 'internal' opens (from within the org)
  • Enable sharing large files
  • Cut the outreach time in half, with better results
  • Provides visibility of activities and open rates in the CRM
  • Keeps the team organized and able to never miss a follow-up
We like Groove better due to the more intuitive interface and better scheduling tools.
