Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove helps me easily share my availability with clients and have them pick a time that works for them. Helps avoid the back and forth with clients when trying to pick a time that works for all the parties involved.
Pros
- Scheduler link- allows you to provide restrictions e.g. prevent events less than X hours away.
- Ability to embed specific times of availability in the email
- Ability to limit the times on different days of the week that you are available using their availability feature.
Cons
- I would love for Groove's scheduler link to have an expiration option
- Ability to copy your specific times of availability into another platform (not just email)
- Calendar scheduler link
- Embed into email
- Ability to send a scheduler link for you and other colleagues in your organization
- Greater customer satisfaction and retention
- Faster and simpler communication with clients on your availability
