Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is a go to tool for our sales teams to actively engage with a wide range of customers. The ability to view analytics on email and text flows helps our teams use language efficiently and help our messaging stand out in a sea of competitors. Being able to see both open rate and response rate helps us keep our language fresh and actively build better email and text blasts.

- The ability to automate a very time intensive process
- The ability to share and create new flows with other team members

- An easier process in automating text messages
- The ability to hot link in texts
- An easier way to edit photos in emails and texts
- Ability to automate messaging to as many clients as possible
- Allows us to keep record of messaging to stay better organized
- Easily allow us to set parameters around customers that opt out of messaging
- Much more efficient productivity
- Allows us to be more effective with our marketing team around promo periods
- As we are commission based, creates a more appealing environment for new hires as it creates more sales opportunities
I unfortunately haven't had similar situations with similar products, in the past I manually created customer messages.
