Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
[Gusto is a] very simple, yet powerful payroll solution that doesn't break the bank. Love the integrations it has with other software, as well as the thoughtful touches in the platform encouraging me to be a better leader. Excellent platform that seems to get better and better and grow along with us. Highly recommend!
- Seamless, simple payroll that scales really well from 1 employee up to dozens of employees.
- Many benefits integrations, such as health insurance, 401k, financial systems, and HR management platforms.
- Thoughtful suggestions to management around building a great team, recognizing employees, and providing transparency.
- Still missing some integrations that would be helpful.
- Some more nuanced tax features are not as user friendly as they could be, resulting in [the] need for special payrolls from time to time.
- Their integration for health insurance benefits could be more streamlined. It is helpful but requires quite a bit of back and forth discussion and details.
- Easy payroll--while we love paying people, we don't love spending lots of time doing so!
- Health benefits integration--while a bit arduous, this is a big benefit being able to consolidate providers we use.
- 401k integration--again, consolidation and ability to provide our employees with excellent benefits is great.
- Saves me and my backoffice team a lot of time--biggest ROI.
- Lowers our risk because it is all automated and we can be confident in the results.
- Enables me as an organization leader to better connect with my employees through reminders and recommendations from the Gusto platform.
