Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
I use Gusto to run payroll smoothly, and automatically for my current salaried and 1099 employees. It frees up time for me to focus on actually growing the business, in hopes to add more people to my payroll sooner than later.
- Takes care of the back-end tax document needs
- Automates payroll, so it is NEVER forgotten
- Customer service is responsive and very helpful
- I see no need for improvement currently
- Ease of time-off request
- Ability to automate payroll for salaried employees
- Satisfaction -my employee is happier as the benefits are clear and visible,
- ROI- time is money in sales and Gusto saves me SO much time
I began using Gusto after another small business owner recommended it. I could not be happier. It is user-friendly, straight-forward, and almost fool-proof. My employees using it have all agreed that it was simple to set up their accounts, the direct deposit feature is smooth and everything is automated...I spend ZERO time thinking about payroll, which frees me up to actually grow the business. Cannot recommend Gusto enough!
