Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I use Gusto to process payroll and payroll taxes at my business. It keeps track of my hourly and salaried employees as well as time off, holidays and bonuses.
  • Has an auto function to automate payroll
  • Calculates and pays payroll taxes
  • Option to include retirement and other employee benefits
  • Provides W2s and 1099s
  • Employees have their own log in account
  • Honestly, I’ve been very happy with Gusto and I can’t think of anything I would change
  • Accuracy
  • Cost
  • Ease of use
  • I don’t have to worry about IRS issues, enough said!
Much less work for me. Much more accurate. My employees like Gusto too.

As a small business owner over the years I have tried various ways to handle payroll. I’ve tried handling it myself, using Quick Books payroll and hiring a local accountant. Gusto is by far the most cost effective, most accurate and least pain in the neck option. It is inexpensive, easy to scale up or down and my employees like it too. If I have any questions their online or phone help is quick and helpful. I recommend Gusto to my friends.
