Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Easy to use to run payroll for staff. For hourly/part-time employees, I use When I Work, which combines with Gusto.

Cons
- I feel it is too expensive to use the hourly/time entry system for non-salary employees. I do not understand why I must pay a total fee for all employees, when a very small percentage are not hourly - in my opinion, you are leaving a lot of money on the table - and it makes me use multiple systems
- Benefits/assigning names and values to benefits is not as easy

- It makes calculating payroll fast and easy - as an attorney, my time is valuable. I like only needing 5 mins or less to do payroll.
