Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Run payroll and manage benefits.
  • Clean UI
  • Affordable
  • I feel customer support is awful
  • Poor ticketing system and poor communication in my opinion
  • In my experience, managing benefits with QSEHRA is a headache
  • Hard to calculate, but I feel their customer service has lost me a ton of time.
Gusto is better than Paychex and ADP but worse than Rippling and PEOs, although it's much cheaper than PEOs.

The platform and payroll system works just fine, with a very clean UI and a good experience for employees. Their customer service, though, in my experience, is awful.
