Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Run payroll and manage benefits.
- Clean UI
- Affordable
- I feel customer support is awful
- Poor ticketing system and poor communication in my opinion
- In my experience, managing benefits with QSEHRA is a headache
- Payroll
- Hard to calculate, but I feel their customer service has lost me a ton of time.
Gusto is better than Paychex and ADP but worse than Rippling and PEOs, although it's much cheaper than PEOs.
