Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Benefits and tracking paychecks were made so easy with the useful and intuitive user experience provided by gusto. They even have cute little animations that make the interface feel so cool and hip. This product has freed up out hr department and streamlined out access to out benefits and pay information

Pros

  • Makes it easy to complete paperwork
  • Easy to set up Direct Deposit
  • Ask you to make referrals to friends or start a bank account with Gusto

Cons

  • Pushing your products less
  • contacting me less
  • making it easy to turn off notifications

I don't typically recommend products like this, like it never comes up in normal conversation, and unless I am being paid, why do free advertisement. Gusto is well suited as a tool for employees, it is poorly suited as an ad space. Simply put, if there were less adds or offers, I would be more inclined to rate Gusto higher.
