Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for our payroll and uploading documents on employees. It has proven to be a secured and easy software to handle our company's payroll and employee needs. It allows our employees to request time off and we can track the time that has been approved and not approved on here.

  • push deposits earlier
  • be more automated
  • Better mobile app
  • Able to grow as we grow employees
  • adding features at any time we need new ones
  • adding and taking off employees is easy
The use of Gusto overall is great. It is user friendly, and it has multiple functions depending on which grade you sign up for. Employees find it easy to use and make it simple for them to see their benefits and PTO. The app is handy as well. App could be a little simpler, but still a great tool to have with easy access to your profile.
Have not used any other products to compare to but I will say this software is great for a company with no sub departments. Easy to understand on setting up. The help/customer service is a wait, but hopefully you will not have to call them much. I would suggest anyone giving Gusto a try.

This software is beneficial for small businesses. It provides an easy-to-use platform for managing employee raises, pay, and time off without overlooking such details. Would suggest this for any company that does not have designated employees to do each of these jobs. Allows for one person to take on multiple hats.
