Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I use Gusto to keep track of time and request time off.

Pros

  • Easy to clock in and out.
  • Easy to request time off
  • Easy to see how much PTO has been accrued

Cons

  • Possibly having an app to clock in and out of
  • More detailed messaging when a PTO request is approved
  • It has made keeping track of time easier
  • It has been easier for benefit enrollment
  • It cuts down on time being wasted as employees wait for HR to answer their questions.
It is straightforward and user friendly.

It is well suited for organizations that pay at an hourly rate. It may not be helpful if someone does not work from a laptop, but is in a service job.
