Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Good Afternoon, Gusto is very easy to access I love everything about it except sometimes there is delay when it comes to our pay day other then that it is a excellent platform.

Pros

  • PTO
  • Paystubs explanation
  • Salary earned

Cons

  • Making sure the employee gets paid on time
  • Provide how much sick time we have on the platform besides PTO
  • Sometimes when we login the system will be slow
  • Positive on showing how much PTO you have
  • Positive on accessing the system from anywhere you are
  • Positive on explaining the breakdown on how much taxes and etc they take out when we get paid.
Everything is great but sometimes Gusto will have a glitch and we won't get paid on time.

If it a easy platform to access from anywhere but when it comes to payday there is a glitch that affects it.
