Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

While I can't speak to the full capacity of Gusto in our business as I am in middle management, I do know that we use it largely for payroll purposes and have found that, even though we don't officially use it in other capacities, there are many features that are an excellent bonus to the service.

Cons

  • Personally, I haven't found anything about Gusto to be difficult to use.
It's incredibly user friendly! Nothing obfuscating or confusing, just simple, actionable instructions and a nice, clean layout. Comprehensive without being too busy or overwhelming.

Yes

It does everything it promises to do! Time tracking and payroll is a breeze to use. Establishing separate accounts and goals and requesting/facilitating time off requests are all easy as pie. I love that it's a positive platform, with kind language and affirmations. Many payroll systems are sterile and cold, but not Gusto.
