Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Use for logging hours, PTO, and direct deposit. Interface is user-friendly on both computer and phone, although some features are not available on mobile phone like viewing PTO as a part of a pay period or seeing cumulative hours worked during a pay period. I like the simple, clean design. Sometimes it takes a while to load but still <1 minute so nothing crazy.

  • Makes me log in every time
I can always find what I am looking for and am never frustrated trying to use Gusto. There is built in flexibility for the user for any of your needs.
Gusto has a better design and is more user friendly. WhenToWork was analog looking and not easy to use.

Gusto is well suited for any kind of company, mostly for companies that pay their employees by the hour. It is good for employees that do not work a consistent schedule and have flexible hours since Gusto is built with the flexibility of easily editing and changing hours for whatever times.
