Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto is the payroll company that my current employer utilizes for me and my coworkers. I think that Gusto has been simple to use so far for what I need the only feedback or concern I have is that I’m enrolled in early pay with my bank and Gusto is the only payroll company that I have never seen a paycheck come in early. It’s not a huge issue but it would be really nice.

  • Customer service

Cons

  • The customer service is great
  • I love that onboarding is smooth
  • The website is easy to navigate
I feel like Gusto makes their website and products pretty user friendly
