LOVE GUSTO

Our business uses Gusto for payroll. When I first started here, I had no idea what Gusto was. I had initially signed up for an HSA account when I first started and had to wait my 60-day probationary period to end before that started. That time came and no money was being taken out of my checks to be put in my HSA. When talking to a representative I was told that the system hadn't received something and never started taking the money out, but they were going to start it the following paycheck and take enough out of my check in order to match what I wanted for contributions at the end of the year. I wasn't very happy with this because they did not ask if this was ok. I asked if I could switch health insurance and take off the HSA. They allowed me to do so based on the mistake their system made. They made this very frustrating issue turn into greatness!!!
