Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for Time punches, Time off Requests/Sick Time, Payroll, Document signing. It handles everything all in one.
We are able to give separate payments for Hourly and Commission payments as well as easily handle all scheduling and time off requests.
Handling a 50+ employee load and easily send out documents to be eSigned helps reduce all paperwork and is easily trackable.

Cons

  • Sometimes the 2 Factor Authentication can be annoying but I understand it is important for Privacy. Maybe only need when accessing specific information.
  • Way easier to use.
Extremely clean and easy to use interface with all the features we need.
Gusto is much easier to navigate, find what you are looking for, and much more appealing to the eyes. Once you know Paylocity it is fine but Gusto has a lower learning curve.

Gusto works great for making it easy for each person to access all of their information easily with a wonderful interface. AND no more lines at the clock in/out machine.
