Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto works for a small business like the one I work at. Especially for a law firm where we have very important deadlines and work that demands an eye to detail, it helps that we can modify our hours in case we forget to clock in on time or forget to even clock out. Also, having the app is super handy in case of anything :)

Pros

  • easy to navigate website

Cons

  • i haven't encountered issues so far
It's a simple layout with an easy interface that makes accessing all your pay information a lot smoother than other programs I've used.

It's an excellent program for small businesses that gives both workers and the admin enough independence to work through the program without having to rely on the admin to do everything for the worker.
